Summary To safety and efficiently operate assigned machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Your performance will be measured by how well you perform these duties and responsibilities.
Assembles and disassembles assigned machine parts of varying size and complexity.
Trouble shoots and makes appropriate changes/adjustments to process conditions or mechanical parts to ensure a quality and product.
Completes required company paperwork: efficiency sheets, waste reports, weight sheets, etc.
Alerts supervision of material, labor, or equipment issues which may affect productivity.
Fills out all HACCP paperwork and record temperatures at the time they are read.
All employees, including all levels of management, are held accountable for obeying site safety and health rules.
Follows all lock out tag out procedures.
If needed clean the machine and pass required Quality Control Inspection.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
